If you love bikes and want to help preserve riding in Santa Cruz for future generations, we need your help. Please join us in our efforts to keep mountain biking alive by volunteering a little time at the 2015 Santa Cruz Mountain Bike Festival.
Signing up to be a volunteer is EASY, here’s how it works in just three steps:
- Click here to see our Sign-Up on VolunteerSpot.
- Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.
- Sign up! It’s easy – you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on VolunteerSpot.
We are currently seeking volunteers to help run the festival Saturday, April 11th and Sunday, April 12th at San Lorenzo Park in Santa Cruz. As a non-profit organization, the festival relies on volunteers. Funds from the festival are used to maintain and build bike trails and parks in Santa Cruz County.
For donating your time to this worthy cause, you’ll not only have a great time working with bike minded people, you’ll receive a festival t-shirt, lunch and/or breakfast and entry into the volunteers-only raffle to win a variety of prizes.
Grab a buddy or several and sign up to help out. Some gigs still needing to be filled include:
- Kid’s Rodeo Helper
- Audio Assistant
- Raffle Sales
- Band Load-in/load-out
- Green Captain
We also need beer servers who can give us six hours at the event and can attend a responsible beverage service training workshop on Saturday, March 28 from 11am-2pm in Santa Cruz. If you can help with this, know someone who can or if you have questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are unable to volunteer, you can still help by encouraging students or groups to volunteer for fun and for community service requirements. As a registered non-profit organization we are authorized to verify community services. If you don’t know of anyone who can help, you can still help by sharing this message with your networks.

Thanks for lending a hand for this highly anticipated community event that raises funds for bike projects in Santa Cruz County!
