Appropriate for beginner to intermediate riders, this clinic will help you conquer whatever the trail puts in your way. Skills include cornering, switchbacks, steep roll downs, wheel lifts over obstacles, line selection and more. If group is diverse in skill level, we will break into groups. Bring your own ride, or demo your dream rig. Helmets are mandatory. Clif Bars will be provided, but water, flat pedals, and pads are recommended.

On-Trail Enduro Skills Clinic with Lindsey & Kirt Voreis!
Designed for intermediate to advanced riders with a minimum of two years’ mountain biking experience, this clinic focuses on the skills, tactics and fitness needed to race the increasingly popular Enduro format. Skills include riding with speed, log-overs, efficient cornering, roll downs and drops. Various warm up drills will be followed by on-trail instruction at Soquel Demonstration State Forest (Demo) (on a section that will be included in the Santa Cruz Super Enduro this fall!).
Bring your own ride, or demo your dream Enduro rig. Participants must sign up for the Enduro Clinic Shuttle. Helmets are mandatory. Clif Bars will be provided but other snacks, water and pads are recommended.

PLUS – Sugar Showdown comes to the Aptos Post Office Jumps! This two day event for the ladies includes a day of skills coaching (pumping and jumping) followed by a day of dirt jump competition.
